First Contact: When you contact us either via text message or phone call, you always speak with a trained, friendly, customer service representative. We will then create an in-depth account to streamline future communications before diving into your service request. We then ask questions about the equipment and needs of your home.
Scheduling: In an effort to serve customers with an emergency in their home as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask for flexible scheduling. On the chosen date of your appointment, you can go about your business as usual, without sitting at home waiting for our team to arrive. We call with plenty of notice before we send a team member your way. If you cannot work with this type of schedule, our customer service team can work with you to make other accommodations.
Constant Communication: As soon as the appointment is scheduled we will send you a booking confirmation. If your appointment is scheduled a few days out we will send you a text message the day before your appointment to remind you. On the day of your appointment, we will send you another text along with a picture and short bio of the technician (so you know who to expect in your home) when they are at least 30 minutes from your home.
The Visit: Your technician will arrive in one of our clearly marked white utility vehicles, in a clean Peterman uniform. If we have to enter your home, we always wear protective covering around our shoes to ensure your home stays clean. After thoroughly examining the issue at hand and before any work is started we give you an upfront estimate with available options to avoid any surprise costs. After you give the ok, we in most cases are able to do same-day work.
Post Appointment: The next day we will have a member of our production team reach out to you via phone call or text message to ensure that your appointment went well and answer any questions you may have.

Had Steve Hoffman come out to assess a water heater issue over the weekend. After doing an inspection, Steve gave me the rundown on what the issue was, and presented me all the options. We had to order the part in, and when it came in, he came back to install it. We ran into a larger issue, when my sump pump failed over night, but Steve quickly informed me what they could do to help, gave me some options, and was able to quickly get my sump pump replaced. At the end of a long day, Steve did an excellent job explaining the issues to me, laying out all of my options, and performing excellent work. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quick work that was provided.
As always, the technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough. Costs were exactly as quoted. Is it the least expensive? Probably not. Do you get the quality of work and professionalism you pay for? After hours of trying to find a plumber who could come out on a (below zero temp) Friday night to find and fix a gas line leak for us so the gas company would turn our gas back on, Drew from Peterman called me back and said he could be there soon. He came right away and found/fixed the leak quickly. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and I will definitely call Peterman again! Thanks for helping us get our heat back up and running on an extremely cold night!
I wanted to take a moment and pass along to the management of Peterman what a great job John did taking care of my drain clog. It's very important to me that a service tech shows up on time and with a professional attitude and John did! He took care of my problem and did his clean up.
